Creating and Editing Partners

Goal

Create or edit a Partner.

Prerequisite knowledge

Steps

You can create a new Partner by following the steps below, or edit an existing one by only editing some of the fields.

When you add a new Partner, you can choose from two different approaches:

  • If you'd like to add a Partner for a whole region, meaning the partner is active in many countries, you can use predefined templates to add the new Partner.

  • If you'd like to add a Partner for 1-2 separate countries, use the usual content editing form.

See both approaches detailed below:

Adding a Partner using region templates

  1. Choose the template for the region you'd like to add the Partner for.
  2. Clone the template by clicking Clone content.
  3. Fill in the partner details on the edit form of the cloned copy of the content. Make sure you are editing the copy, not the original template! See the table for fields and values below.
  4. As templates are unpublished, their cloned versions inherit this setting as well. So set the Publishing options to Published before saving.

Adding a Partner using the edit form

  1. In the administrative menu, go to Content > Add content > Partner or find the Partner you would like to edit as described in Finding Content.
  2. Fill in the form fields. See the table for fields and values below.
