Caveats

When you create a link in markdown, make sure the text doesn't start with code, because that will screw up the complete page. The GeShi filter starts a code block when it sees [ followed by code (I can't add an example without screwing up this page). You can avoid this by introducing a space character: [ code page 1250](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows-1250).
