CommunicAsia2015 is Asia’s largest integrated ICT event, held concurrently with EnterpriseIT2015 and BroadcastAsia2015.
The exhibit floor spans over several levels and showcases the latest innovative technologies from Big Data, Business Analytics, Cloud technologies, IoT, to Zigbee.
The participation of iText allowed us to announce the opening of our Asia company subsidiary iText Software Asia Pte Ltd and a new office at 15 Scotts Rd. in Singapore. We were able to talk in person with existing customers and prospects in the area, and hear about the projects of systems integrators and others from far and away in the region. We spoke to more than 100 attendees including from neighboring Malaysia, Thailand, Philipines, Vietnam, Indonesia.
We also learned about the forward thinking Singapore government. During its annual industry briefing, the Singapore government projected that $1.6 billion worth of ICT tenders will be launched in 2015, focusing on digital services, data services and ICT infrastructure. CyberSecurity is another critical area of focus as Singapore develops its digital government.
Finally, we exchanged experiences with other companies like iText that are establishing themselves on the Asian market. Different countries were represented by their own country pavilions, such as USA, Canada, and many more from every continent.
