First and foremost: if you have a technical question about iText, PLEASE DON'T DISGUISE THAT QUESTION AS A SALES INQUIRY. The sales people know iText and PDF, but they're instructed to pass all technical questions to our developers. Our developers however are instructed not to answer questions for free. It's better to contact the developers through the proper channel: the free mailing-list, the premium support address, or the book support site.

If you have a technical question, and you want to get an answer for free, please follow the rules and subscribe before you post your question to the mailing list. Note that your mail may be rejected if you're not subscribed.
As a rule, you should check the archives to see if your answer appears before you double post a question;
Please describe the problem in the subject line of your mail in a few words; subject lines containing 'URGENT', 'HELP NEEDED' or 'QUESTION' only produce noise.
