ABA Bronze Stevie: Achievement in Customer Satisfaction 2022
We've done it again!
iText is honored to receive a 2022 Bronze Stevie Award for "Achievement in Customer Satisfaction".
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
We were one of more than 3,700 nominees in organizations large and small across various industries vying for a top billing in one of the categories such as including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Virtual Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others.
We have maintained our high customer satisfaction rate of 88%, and we measure this using the Customer Satisfaction Survey app for Jira and through email. This is thanks to our great Customer Focus team that helps our customers with technical problems through JIRA tickets, calls, emails, etc.
This year we have implemented our brand-new customer success team, the goal for Customer Success is to help our customers to achieve their desired outcomes with our products. Customer Success also manages our renewal business and supports growth within our customer base.
With Customer Success, we are starting to expand our customer engagements to build a trusted advisor relationship with them. Our typical engagements involve customer education on specific licenses, bringing our customers closer to our product roadmap, learning more about their use cases to maximize their current usage of iText, mentioning relevant use cases that can resonate to anticipate new challenges, or being the voice of the customer for specific needs.
