    What you'll do

    • Become an expert in the features, benefits and applications of the iText Software library.

    • Leverage detailed technical knowledge to support sales opportunities and implementations.

    • Develop rapport with top tier clients and serve as customer advocate to internal departments and partners, whom are mostly software developers.

    • Provide strategic pre- and post-sales support; including needs analysis, product demonstrations and other general sales support.

    • Drive proof-of-concept solutions and eliminate sales obstacles through creative problem solving.

    • Develop customer relationships by providing technical information and training.

    • Analyze customer feedback to distill feature requests and bug reports, then translate those to development tasks.

    Who are you

    • You have a bachelor's Degree in software engineering or IT,

    • 3+ years in technical direct customer support role in a high growth technology business,

    • Knowledge of iText (preferred), and

    • Detailed knowledge of Java and/or .NET.

    • You understand notions of a wide range of technologies, platforms and systems (preferred).

    • You are an experienced team player who works effectively with others across disciplines, functions and organizations.

    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other Asian language is a plus.

    We are currently looking to recruit an Account Exectutive to join our ISC team (based in Somerville (Boston), MA- USA):

    What you'll do

    • Collaborate with Director of Sales and Account Executives to find net new deals;

    • Maintain and develop current client relationships from a specific account base;

    • Develop segment specific messaging to drive higher response rates and lead generation;

    • Qualify and foster relationships with daily marketing generated leads;

    • Work with Channel Partners on outbound prospecting campaigns;

    • Represent iText at industry conferences;

    • Research and use sales enablement tools including CRM, email automation, list acquisition, analytics and social media.

    What you bring

    For our ISB team (based in Ghent, Belgium), we are currently looking to recruit a (Sr.) Account Manager DACH:

    What you'll do

    • Find new leads and opportunities by building out a network;

    • Negotiate on important inbound leads;

    • Negotiate relationships with resellers and integrators;

    • Contact and negotiate non-standard OEM deals (incl. repeating/enhanced deals);

    • Identify marketing opportunities;

    • Participate in weekly sales meetings;

    • Attend marketing events;

    • Customer and prospect meetingsReport to the Territory Manager DACH;

    • Other responsibilities as assigned.

    What you bring

    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills;

    • College diploma/University degree or equivalent experience;

    • Native German

    • 5+ years of proven selling experience in a fast paced, highly competitive, ever-changing sales environment;

    • Proven ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within large and complex organizations;

    • Comfortable supporting Partners negotiating deals with complex terms, conditions, price pressures and considerations;

    • High level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationships;
