ICT Personality of the Year 2015

April 2015: iText Founder/CEO, Bruno Lowagie, was one of the nominees for the DataNews Awards for Excellence in the category ICT Personality of the Year 2015. ICT is the common Dutch-language acronym for IT. All of the 16 nominees are CEOs of telecom, integrator, IT service and software vendor companies.

Last year, iText won the BelCham Entrepreneurship Award in the category Most Promising Company of the Year, as well as the Belgian Edition of Deloitte's Technology Fast 50. Thanks to these two awards (and an impressive track record), our Founder/CEO, Bruno Lowagie, is one of the nominees for the Data News Awards for Excellence in the category ICT Personality of the Year 2015. ICT stands for Information and Communication Technology. All of the 16 nominees are CEOs of Telcos, System Integrators, IT Service providers and Software Vendors.

The winner was announced at the Data News Gala in Brussels on May 7, 2015: Jurgen Ingels (Clear2Pay, Volta Ventures,...).
